Our rate guidelines are designed to treat clients fairly while giving the inspector enough time to conduct a thorough, high-quality inspection and produce a complete report.

Base rate by finished square footage. Additional charges apply for crawl spaces, manufactured homes, and other factors — call for an exact quote.
